Since 1997 the Council of Europe's Centre Naturopa publishes a bimonthly bulletin with the purpose to circulate information about implementation of the Strategy's various action themes in states, international organisations and non-governmental organisations.

Information for publication in the Bulletin must be submitted by the 15th of the month preceeding publication (February, April, June, August, October, and December) to Ms Hélène Bouguessa, Centre Naturopa, Tel.: +33-3-88412000, Fax: +33-3-88412715, E-mail: helene.bouguessa@coe.int

In May 1999 the Council of Europe's Environment Conservation and Management and Regional Planning Division has launched its own website, including more recent issues of the Strategy Bulletin.
